Jamile Badran- I am a 4th year student at the University of Ottawa, graduating this summer with an Honours in B-commerce, Specialization in Accounting. This is my first communications class and I am enjoying this new experience of blogging and researching different effects of YouTube advertising. I will definitely leave this class with a new outlook and an increased knowledge on societal impacts of advertising.

Jordan Laurin- I am in my 4th year of  my  Honours with Specialization in Psychology degree here at the University of Ottawa and this will be my first Communications course. I play around with a lot of movie clips and music on my iMac and am hoping the video will show that. (I am the boy in the picture)

Cat Chapman- yo yo yo.  I am going into my fourth year at the University of Ottawa studying communications and sociology.  I plan to be finished come June.  I am very excited to travel the world post graduation. Until then, let’s discuss the crazy little thing we call the media.

Maria Abboud- Hello, I am Maria and I’m currently a student in the faculty of Arts. Most of my focus is on Communication and the media. I am graduating this coming year and I’m looking forward to finding work in Journalism and I hope I can find a career where I can contribute to the production of media.
